The 21st (XXI) Winter Olympic Games will be held February 12, 2010 hosted in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This will mark the third time Canada has hosted an Olympic game, previously hosting the 1976 Summer games in Montreal and the 1988 Winter games in Calgary. The 2010 Winter Olympic games will begin on the 12th with the opening ceremonies behind held that the BC Place Stadium.

The games will last 16 days and include more than 5,500 athletes from over 80 different nations.
